Ilija Vujačić is professor of the History of Political Theories at the Political Science Department of Belgrade University. He deals particularly with 17th and 18th century political theories, liberal political thought, theory of federalism, and East European transition. Among recent works he has published the book: The Federalist Alternative: German Theories of Federalism - Althusius, Hugo, and Leibniz (1993); and Essays in the History of Political Theories (2000). He has also translated from English with a foreword: F. A. von Hayek, The Constitution of Liberty (1998) and Michael Walzer, Spheres of Justice (2000). .





Ilija Vujčić je profesor na predmetu Istorija politickih teorija na Fakultetu politickih nauka Univerziteta u Beogradu. Oblasti njegovog profesionalnog interesovanja jesu politicke teorije XVII i XVIII veka, liberalna politicka misao, teorije federalizma i tranzicija istocnoevropskih zemalja. Objavio je knjige Federalizam kao alternativa: nemacke teorije federalizma XVII veka (Altusius, Hugo i Leibnitz) (1993) i Eseji o istoriji politickih teorija (2000).
