Milica Bisić holds Ph. D. in economics and teaches on the Faculty of Economics at Belgrade University. She is Director Regulatory Affairs, Philip Morris, Belgrade, while she was also Director of Tax & Legal Department, KPMG, Belgrade, Deputy Minister of Finance, Government of Serbia. She participates in research programs concerning macroeconomic policy, transition and institution building. The most frequent themes in her research agenda currently are tax policy, institutional economics, especially institutional change and its impact on economic performance, as well as interaction between politics and economy. Her articles have been published in the leading Yugoslav economic journals. She is one of three authors of Price Theory (1999), the book intended for studying microeconomic theory at Belgrade University




Dr Milica Bisić predaje na Ekonomskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Direktor je regulatornih poslova u Philip Morris, Beograd, a bila je i direktor Poreskog odeljenja KPMG-a, Beograd i zamenik ministra finansija u Vladi Srbije. Učestvuje u izradi istraživačkih projekata u oblasti makroekonomske politike, tranzicije i izgradnje institucija. U najčešće oblasti njenih istraživanja spadaju: poreska politika, institucionalna ekonomika, posebno institucionalna reforma i njen uticaj na ekonomske performanse. Njeni radovi su objavljivani u najuticajnijim jugoslovenskim ekonomskim časopsima. Jedan je od tri autora udžbenika Teorija cena, namenjenog studentima Ekonomskog fakulteta u Beogradu.
